“The Chard business was very professional and efficient. However Royal Mail emailed me 3 times and text twice to say it was in transit and with me by 1pm next day. However it was a day late which concerned me and I had to chase up to ensure it was not lost. This was not in Chards control and not their fault.”

“Hi. Having bought for the first time from Chard and paid a reasonable price, deliver was as expected and without event. On opening the contents was extremely surprised to find that although the said product of value was well wrapped it did not have a PASTIC BAG protective covering (eg a plastic envelope). This was very disappointing in view of the delicate product. I am aware that they do not come in capsules and that capsules are extra.”

“We called in to Chards during a recent visit to Blackpool, following an initial visit last year. On both visits we were attended to by Bhumika who we found was attentive, knowlegeable and informed. We were impressed by the way she listened to what we were saying, without pressing views or sales pitch on us. We really didnt know whether we were looking for coins to collect or as an investment, but Bhumika was able to answer our random questins and helped us work through our lack of knowledge to a splendid conclusion. “I expected the coins I purchased to be in coin capsules. CHARDS, you let yourselves down for such a prestigious company to supply my order just wrapped in bubblewrap without supplying them in permanent coin protection containers. Sloppy quality, Shame on You!”

“A good service. I have used used Chard before and the same good level of service again. Ordered (from their website) two sovereigns and two half sovereigns for gifts to family. Came within a few days by registered Royal mail delivery. Providing tracking information along the way. If I had one small quibble, I had asked if at least one sovereign could be 2018 (because a gift to someone young). Neither were 2018 but the quality was as offered and the website did say they would be within the last 5 years. Anyway, gold is gold. So am very happy.”
