Add-Ons and Gift Wrap Options
If you are buying your items either as a collectable piece or as a gift we have a number of options available to help protect and present your coins.
Use this page to figure out which option you want and remember it is a multiple of the number of coins in the basket. e.g. if you have 5 sovereigns in your basket and select a capsule you will receive 5 capsules. Therefore, if you only want one please add it as a separate product.
Coin Capsules
Many customs expect their coins to come in a protective capsule even if the coins in question are sold as a bullion coin. As standard we only issue coin capsules with a graded coin or if like some of the Perth Mint series they come direct from the mint already in a capsule. As such we allow customers to add a capsule to their order in the basket area of our website starting from £0.50 as we have had to source and stock these ourselves often buying in very large quantities to keep the price down.
Chards Premium Gift Box
This is our premium gift box option that comes with a capsule included in the price. The box is made of carboard with a magnetic closure and foam insert. It is ideal for a present and a nice way to present your coin purchase.
Chards Deluxe Gift Box
Our deluxe wooden box comes complete with a coin capsule and magnetic insert that can be angled to present your coins. The finish is gloss with Chards branding on and makes for an ideal way to present collectable coins for a special birthday or anniversary.
Silver Gift Wrap
Coin comes with capsule inside a sleeve and these are wrapped in Chards gift paper and with sticker and gift card. This option comes with a customisation message.
Gold Gift Wrap
Coin comes with capsule inside a Chards gift box as above. These are gift wrapped in Chards paper and come with a gift card with a customisation message.
Platinum Gift Wrap
Coin comes with capsule inside a Deluxe gift box as above. These are gift wrapped in Chards paper and come with a gift card with a customisation message.
