I understand their "services are under high demand", but I've sent multiple emails so far for separate reasons and received not one reply. Some of those reasons resolved themselves, but some kind of quick acknowledgement would be nice at least (In my case, "Resolved" and "No longer possible") as I'm left wondering if anyone's actually reading them and if I can rely on emails if I really do have an urgent issue in the future...”

“Coins arrived exactly as expected in perfect condition, however the 1oz silver coin tube I bought at the same time doesn't actually fit coins in; it's too narrow at the bottom of the tube, something wrong with the mold.”
