“I have been a Chards customer for more years than I care to own up to. If I am buying jewellery, bullion or coins I always go here first. The selling back process is easy too, give them a call, fix the price and the money is in your bank a few days later. They moved to a posh new showroom some years ago. The downside is you don’t get to chuckle at Lawrence’s corny jokes as part of service any more! I don’t recommend many companies but I have nothing but praise for this one. A very satisfied customer over many years.”

“Hi . It was a pleasure acquiring silver from CHARDS. My first telephone enquiry on 2 August 2019, was the first time I have ever purchased any sort of PM. The Customer Service, girl that took my call , was wonderfully patient and helpfull, while I continued asking a lot of stupid questions, and double checking various menial queries, she continued to be helpfull and, patiently waited for me to get up to speed. Also, the sales people at chards helped with other things, regarding my orders. Bottom line, after spending £464 in the first order, I came back twice more for similar purchases, and never felt interested in checking other Bullion /Coin dealers . I've recommended CHARDS to a friend who is considering precious metals. ”
