Thursday 21st May: Last day for despatching orders over £10,000.
Friday 22nd May: Last day for despatching orders under £10,000.
Monday 25th May: Despatch is closed.

Tracked, Insured, and Delivered With Care
We take the security of all our customers' orders seriously and operate with transparency at each step of the way.
Please be advised delivery time frames are reflective of in-stock orders where payment and any necessary identification or onboarding documents have been received.
Here's how it works:
- Orders under £60: Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. You also have the option for special delivery instead.
- Orders over £60: Sent via tracked and insured services.
- High-value orders: May be split into multiple parcels for added security.
Deliveries Within the UK
We currently only ship to Great Britain, Northern Ireland and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. For every transaction, we aim to despatch your order within two working days of receiving cleared funds and any necessary identification. If there are any delays we will communicate this through our operational update page and via email.
How Are Our Orders Despatched?
Most orders are despatched via Royal Mail delivery services, though some parcels may be despatched via DHL Express or Parcelforce. For high value orders your products may be shipped via a secure courier, for more information please contact our customer service team. If you have a preferred date for despatch, you can leave us a message in the special delivery instructions.

You can choose from our standard delivery or special delivery options, with pricing starting at £3.50 per order.

Pre-Orders & Orderable Products
If your order is on pre-order or is orderable at the time of purchase, you’ll receive a despatch link once the stock arrives in our warehouse. This link allows you to choose your preferred despatch date. If you’d rather have your order sent out as soon as the stock lands, leave us a note in the special delivery instructions section at our checkout. You'll receive a tracking email around 6pm on the day of despatch, and for collection orders, our team will be in touch directly.
How to Make a Collection
Prefer to collect your order in person? Whether you're local or just passing through, we make it easy for you to pick up your items at a time that suits you.
1. Place Your Order Online
- When placing your order online, please select "Blackpool Collection" at checkout. If you wish to collect from our London location, kindly call our customer service team on 020 8149 9777 to place your order.
2. Wait For Confirmation
- We’ll contact you when your order is ready. You will then be able to book an appointment.
3. Present Your Forms of ID & Form of Payment
- Bring two valid forms of ID and method to be used for payment.
- Please note: We do not currently accept walk-ins, please ensure that you have a booked appointment before arrival.

International Delivery & Shipping
We do not currently ship orders outside of the UK with an exception for BFPO addresses.
Customers can instead choose delivery to a UK address, collection in person or can utilise our secure storage options.

How is my order packaged?
All orders are securely and discreetly packaged. We use unbranded, minimal packaging to ensure your privacy and protect your items during transit.
Is delivery insured?
All deliveries over £60 are fully insured up to the point of delivery. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you are compensated.
What delivery options are available?
We offer a range of delivery options, including:
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day, insured).
- Courier services for high-value or large orders.
- Collections from our Blackpool or London showrooms (by appointment).
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been despatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s progress online.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship orders outside of the UK aside from BFPO addresses.

How are estimated delivery times calculated?
The estimates listed refer to both guidance from the couriers themselves and our own experience. The timescales listed are from the despatch date of your order. We are not responsible for delivery delays once your order is with the courier.
