NTR Metals

The North Texas Refinery, which is generally referred to as NTR Metals, is one of the largest precious metals refineries in the world and is based in Dallas. Besides its commercial refining, NTR is particularly known for its investment silver bar products.

In 2012, Ohio Precious Metals LLC (OPM) entered into an agreement with NTR Metals to acquire the assets and use of the name NTR Metals. In 2015 the company changed its name to Elemetal.

Payment and ID:

Bullion Coins:
These may have minor scratches or edge knocks, but this does not affect their value. Any coin sold for a value less than a 180% intrinsic is considered a bullion coin.
VAT:
Investment gold products are VAT-free, while silver products include VAT.
Cancellations & Returns:
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
