In 1907, the Edward VII sovereign was issued by the Royal Mint in London and three branch mints of Melbourne, Perth and Sydney in Australia. A total of 29,302,643 British sovereigns were issued for circulation in 1907, of which 18,458,663 were struck in London.

George William De Saulles' effigy of Edward VII is displayed on the obverse of the coin together with the legend EDWARDVS VII D:G:BRITT:OMN:REX:F:D:IND:IMP:

Reverse

The 1907 Edward VII sovereign features an engraving by Benedetto Pistrucci of St George attacking a dragon with his sword. The year, 1907, is situated in the exergue. No mintmark is present in the ground below the dragon which indicates that this 22 carat gold coin was created by the Royal Mint in London.

The Star rating should be 5 stars

The Star rating is not just 4 stars but it should have been 5 stars that will not light up, I have spent a lot of time looking on the internet at gold prices most 1oz is mainly at current gold values. However sovereigns have different pricing up to a third more, yet I found Chards prices are very fair prices which I have bought 3 sovereigns this year.
