This is a 2002 Gold Proof 4 Coin Sovereign set Elizabeth II NGC PF-70 Ultra Cameo. This was released by the Royal Mint with a limited mintage of just 3,000.
The 2002 Gold 4-Coin sovereign proof set was issued to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II’s Golden Jubilee in 2002.
All four coins in this gold sovereign set are 22 carat gold and struck in 0.917 fineness.
This cert is number can be seen on the certificate of authenticity.

The year 2002 marked the 50th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II, but also the peaceful passing of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother at the impressive age of 101 years old.
Queen Elizabeth II is the longest reigning monarch ever. Born on 21 April 1926 to Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon and King George VI, she became Queen in 1952 and her Coronation was on 2 June 1953.
The Obverse of all four coins in the set includes Queen Elizabeth II's fourth portrait and was designed by famous British sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley.
The Reverse of all four coins in the set includes the Shield of Arms within an open wreath of laurel features, designed by Timothy Noad.
