This 2005 1/10 oz Manx Cat Coin features a Himalayan cat and her kittens on the reverse. The coin was struck by The Pobjoy Mint on behalf of the government of the Isle of Man.
Each coin is struck from 99.99 fine gold (24 carat) and contains one tenth of a troy ounce of the precious metal.

Since the release of the first coin in 1988, the Isle of Man Cat series has become one of the most popular gold bullion series in the world.
We tend to call the Isle of Man 'Cat' series of crowns 'Manx Cats', but this is quite incorrect in a feline sense Perhaps we would be more accurate if we called them 'Isle of Man Cats'. Cat lovers will know that Manx cats are famous for having no tails.
The obverse portrait was designed by Ian Rank-Broadley. It shows Elizabeth II facing right.
