This is the 2007 Australian Lunar Pig one ounce gold coin.
This Chinese lunar Year of the Pig (or Boar) coin is struck in 24 carat (.9999) fineness and is issued by The Perth Mint in Western Australia. It has a face value of 100 Australian dollars.
This coin is part of The Perth Mint's Lunar Series I Collection. Only 18149 of these coins were minted.
Year of the Pig
The Australian Lunar coins are loved by coin collectors and investors all over the world. The 2007 Year of the Pig gold coins were issued in both a plain uncirculated finish and also with a coloured design. The large Lunar Pig coins are issued to a low mintage and are sought after by collectors.

The obverse bears the fourth coin portrait of Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley.
