This impressive bullion coin contains 321.51 troy ounces of silver and is the largest silver bullion coin we stock!

This silver bullion coin is a collector's piece and the mintage is limited to just 100 coins. Each coin comes in a protective capsule.

The Year of the Mouse coins are the first release in The Perth Mint's third series of lunar coins.

Perth Mint Lunar Series

The Perth Mint Lunar Coin Series began in 1996. Each coin celebrates a different Chinese zodiac sign meaning the cycle lasts for a total of 12 years.

These bullion coins have proven to be highly collectable, with most sizes selling out quickly.

Year of the Mouse

The lunar Year of the Mouse begins on January 25th, 2020. It is said that those born under this lunar zodiac sign are thought to be kind, smart, thoughtful and quick witted. Other year of the mice (or rat) include 1972, 1984, 1996 and 2008.

Series III

The third series of lunar coins begins with these 2020 Year of the Mouse coins. If you would like to start collecting we suggest you buy this coin before it’s too late. We often find that the earlier coins in the series are most often the hardest to get hold of.

Obverse

With the start of the third series, the Perth Mint have taken the opportunity to update the obverse of the coins. The 2020 coins showcase the new portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, by Jody Clark. The design shows Elizabeth from the shoulders upwards.

Reverse

Designed by Ing Ing Jong, the silver coin shows two mice foraging for food on a husk of corn. The Chinese character for ‘mouse’ can be found in the field, with ‘MOUSE 2020’ underneath.

The Star rating should be 5 stars

The Star rating is not just 4 stars but it should have been 5 stars that will not light up, I have spent a lot of time looking on the internet at gold prices most 1oz is mainly at current gold values. However sovereigns have different pricing up to a third more, yet I found Chards prices are very fair prices which I have bought 3 sovereigns this year.
