These 2023 30g Gold Panda Bullion Coins are issued by the People's Republic of China.
The coin features a new reverse design of the sister panda climbing up a tree to see her brother that is peering from the top of a tree.
Each coin is struck in 24 carat gold (999 fineness) and has a denomination face value of 500 Yuan.
This 30g gold coin is VAT-free and is one of the most popular bullion coins today amongst investors!

10 Years of Love Panda Bullion Coin Reverse Designs (2019-2028)
Since 2019, Chinese bullion coins introduced a ten-year story that began in 2019.
The story can be seen presented through each new reverse design until 2028 with the common theme of love between two sibling pandas growing up together.
- The 2019 reverse design shows the mother panda with just one of her two baby panda in her arms.
- Secondly the 2020 reverse design features the other baby twin can be seen on their own eating bamboo leaves.
- Thirdly the third coin shows the mother panda teaching one of sibling pandas how to climb trees.
- Next the fourth coin shows the panda siblings playing in the snow together.
- The most recent coin released now shows the brother and sister at 2 and a half years old reaching out at each other.
Obverse
The obverse shows the legendary temple of heaven in Beijing that has featured on the Chinese panda bullion coin for 40+ years! The series began in 1982 and continues to be one of the bestselling bullion coins in the world.
Also, the obverse bears a Chinese inscription that translates too:

The reverse features the brother panda on top of a treetop, with the sister panda climbing up the tree trunk whilst reaching out to him above. Designed by Tong Fang who also engraved the 2019 and 2021 panda bullion reverse designs.
