Kangaroo Nuggets
The Perth Mint started producing gold bullion nuggets in 1986. The original design featured famous gold nuggets, before changing to kangaroos in 1990. For this reason, the coins are referred to as nuggets, kangaroos or 'roos.

The obverse design is the fourth portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, by Ian Rank Broadley.
