2004 - 2005 World War II Route to Victory £5 Set. This 6-coin set was issued by Gibraltar to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II.
Each coin is struck to a proof finish, from 22 carat (0.9167) fine gold. Containing 1.1771 troy ounces of gold per coin - the full set contains 7.06 oz's of gold.
The coins come in a presentation box. Only 200 of these gold £5 sets were issued.

The obverse of the coins was designed by Raphael Maklouf.

Winston Churchill - Depicted making the peace sign
The End of the War VE Day - Winston Churchill at St Paul's Cathedral
D Day Landings - Shows troops landing on Omaha Beach

Battle of Britain - Planes in flight
Dambuster Raid - A plane flying over the burst dam
Each coin features a small poppy at the bottom of the coin, with 'FIVE POUNDS' written underneath.
