This is a 22 carat gold stamp replica of the 1929 Postal Union Congress Stamp. It was issued in 1974 by Hallmark Replicas.
This gold stamp is engraved with the 22 carat gold hallmark on the reverse and comes in a presentation box.
Each stamp weighs 40 grams and has a total gold weight of 1.18 troy ounces. The stamp measures 45 mm x 38 mm.

Postal Union Congress Stamp
The Postal Union Congress £1 stamp was only the second commemorative British stamp ever issued. It was designed by the artist Harold Nelson.
Obverse
The obverse of the stamp shows the 1929 Postal Union Congress £1 stamp design. This was created by artist Harold Nelson. The design shows St George and the Dragon, with a crowned portrait of King George V on the left.
The text reads:

Reverse
The reverse contains the 22 carat hallmark and makers marks, as well a stamped serial number.
