2021 One Ounce Gold Proof Queen's Beasts 'Completer' Coin - NGC PF 70 Ultra Cameo
Own the final coin in the Queen's Beasts Series. Issued by The Royal Mint, these stunning 1 oz gold coins feature all ten beasts on the reverse design.
These gold proof coins have been graded by the Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC), and have attained the highest grade of PF70. It's worth noting the coins are also Ultra Cameo, meaning there's a high contrast between the matte and mirror finish on the design. All coins will come with their own box and certificate.
Struck to a proof finish from 0.9999 fine gold (24 carat), these coins contains one troy ounce of the precious metal. Both sides of these coins were designed by Royal Mint engraver, Jody Clark.
Mintage of only 690 coins, and a limited edition presentation of just 625.
The Queen's Beasts
The Queen's Beasts are a series of ten statues, created for Elizabeth II's coronation at Westminster Abbey in 1953. They combine heraldic elements and mythical creatures, which each form a part of the Queen's royal ancestry.
The Queen's Beasts Coin Series
The Royal Mint began their Queen's Beasts 10-coin series in 2016, with the final coin being issued in 2021. The series includes collectable and bullion coins, issued in gold silver, platinum and base metal.
Obverse
Designed by Jody Clark, the obverse features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.

Reverse
The reverse of the coin was also designed by Jody Clark. It features the fifth coinage portrait of Queen Elizabeth II in the centre, with the ten beasts surrounding it. The text reads:
