2002 UK Coin £5 / Crown Silver Proof Golden Jubilee

The silver proof version to celebrate the golden jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II shows a new design on both the obverse and the reverse of the coin.

This coin comes complete with a blue velvet presentation box and a small information booklet.

Obverse

The obverse is deisgned by Ian Rank-Broadley and is an equestrian portrait of a young Elizabeth II on horseback.

Reverse

The reverse shows a mature portrait of The Queen facing right, also designed by Ian Rank-Broadley.
